When the Math Ain't Mathin'
Feed my soul or EAT my soul
Sometimes, I have to check myself before I wreck myself. I’ve spent years people-pleasing—bending, shrinking, and pouring into others—hoping that love would find its way back to me.
But here’s the truth: the greatest love of all really does begin within. Without self-love, we become hollow givers, offering pieces of ourselves we never truly owned.
I poured some of these into a recent animation 3D RENDER/AI HYBRID— BABY, FEED OR EAT YOUR SOUL |
You see it in politics all the time—people mistaking ego for worth. They posture and perform, but without an honest relationship with themselves, they can’t lead with compassion. They can't love because they don't know what love rooted in truth even feels like.
I write these notes as a reminder—to myself and maybe to you—that it’s not selfish to consider your own needs. In fact, it’s essential. Because if you never choose yourself, you’ll lose yourself. And that’s a price too high for anyone to pay.
Love you, now go to bed! A

PREACH! How can love be given from a place of selfishness?
Hell yes choose yourself always!
