Glenn Kirschner says we were all victimized by Trump
We The People Deserve Our day in Court--Camera's NOW!!
Donald J. Trump’s plot to overthrow the election hurt every single American who trusted our nation’s electoral process, and in particular, every man or woman who cast a vote against him. The day Trump and his team of wild-eyed sycophants tried to chuck those who said “Enough is enough!” into the proverbial waste bin, we all fell prey to one of the most insidious plots the world has ever seen.
They might have even succeeded if Drumpf and his merry band of hooligans hadn’t been the equivalent of a collective Stupid Watergate.
All the way pissed off
This Georgia peach has been very vocal about my anger in this regard. I learned throughout my life that women of color must suffer the indignity of being regarded as half of good while working our butts off for any scrap from the Massa’s table.
We are paid less on the dollar, and yet we work more hours. Through all the bullshit, the one thing we were all guaranteed as an equalizer by the US Constitution and often applauded for by the left was the Black vote.
My father enlisted in the Air Force to protect that vote. Black men and women died for that vote.
And that mofo tried to take it from me!
Needless to say, I was enraged in ways I didn’t think were possible, and I want to see the man who victimized me pay in court!
Victims have the right to a public trial…
In my anger and angst, I started pushing for cameras in the court despite the fact some pundits, including lawyers on the left, were saying there was no way in hell to accomplish that.
As people were receding from the idea of a televised trial, I started to infuse many of my short hot-take clips with the call for people to write their congressmen so we could all see this once-in-a-lifetime historic trial unfold in real-time. Just because something has never been done before doesn’t mean it can’t change.
Slavery was once the law of the land too.
Why cameras in the courtroom
Some folks seem at loathe to fight for reform in this area. A few have cited the fact that a lot of documents revealed during a Trump trial might contain sensitive, top-secret material. While true, there is no reason why such documents can’t be redacted, or better yet, judge, attorney, and jury interactions can be held inside a SCIF while the rest of us take a bathroom break.
Heck, even Donald Trump, in another bid to become the overall winner of the ultimate audacity award, requested a SCIF at Mara Lago. This indicates that such facilities can be built when necessary, and there is no reason why we, the people, have to be a party to that aspect of the trial.
Also—I do not trust the MSM or the GOP to do any fair reporting on the matter, do you? They are already trying to pull an Ashli Babbitt with the whack job in Provo, Utah, Craig D. Robertson. The New York Post even wrote that Robertson was known as a teddy bear. Seriously? This man apparently got his morning boner from thinking of killing people who disagreed with his worldview.
We, the victimized, deserve more than second-hand accounts and crudely drawn courthouse sketches from an already biased media.
Glenn Kirschner gets it!
I was full-on, gasket-blown ecstatic to learn that a few people were already vigorously pushing the idea of live-streaming DJT’s trials. Among them is Glenn Kirschner, a renowned legal analyst, and former federal prosecutor of 30 years. Kirschner also hosts the popular Apple podcast Justice Matters.
Nicole Erwin of Justice Democrats and the Be Your Own Hero podcast, reached out to Glenn Kirschner regarding his ingenious plan to make that dream a reality. He shared his cliff notes of the plan, which involves the utilization of the Crime Victims' Rights Act, 18 US Code section 3771(a)(3); in a nutshell, the act guarantees a victim’s right to be inside the courtroom during their assailant’s trial.
If you would like to see the trials as well, you can use the below form to contact your local congressman and demand they fight for the live stream of these unprecedented hearings.
Dear ______________ (elected official),
In Count 4 of his most recent indictment, Donald Trump is charged with victimizing the American voters by conspiring to deprive us of our right to vote. As crime victims, the American people have a right "not to be excluded" from Trump's trial, which will be held in Washington, D.C.
I am asserting my rights under the Crime Victims' Rights Act, 18 US Code section 3771(a)(3), not to be excluded from the trial. Given that the courtroom has a limited capacity, if the trial is not televised, I will be excluded from the courtroom in violation of my federal legal statutory rights.
Accordingly, respectfully request that you do everything in your power to ensure that my legal right to attend Donald Trump's trial is not violated.
Thank you.
Sincerely,

Every vote and voice matters, and we won’t receive justice or see full accountability if we do not get to witness Donald J. Trump get his due in real-time.
Tonight’s Pod:
Nicole and I dissect Kirschner’s measure alongside the Ohio initiative and what it means for the Republicans and Democrats moving forward. We also chew the fat about the media white wash of the Provo Utah suspect who had Biden in his cross hairs, as well as and how Boris Epshteyn’s recent arrest reflects on Trump’s inability to lead. How can Trump be trusted to hire capable cabinet members if he can barely find someone who isn’t an absolute sexual deviant to represent him in court?
Things that make you go huuum.
Talk to ya’ll later gators! MUAH!
