Biden had just given the Republican party a bit of a gift, inadvertently I might add, by telling the truth and calling Trump’s supporters garbage in the wake of, hello, Trump’s campaign literally calling Puerto Ricans homeland a floating island of garbage.

Not one to let any both-siderism narrative skate away without grabbing it by the tail, the MSM quickly lined up to make a big deal out of a nothing burger.

Now, I am not going to get in the weeds of where an apostrophe might have been placed, or what Joe might have meant—it doesn’t even really matter. Trump is not running against Joe Biden, he is running against Kamala Harris, who went on the record shortly after Biden’s remarks to say she doesn’t agree with calling the American people names.

In any case, Republicans were practically wetting themselves with excitement about the gaffe because now they had something they could use to deflect from their racist attack against Latinos.

As Tim Miller of the Bulwark pointed out—the fact they were so happily excited showed they were not really outraged…

Besides, wasn’t it J.D. Vance who told us not to be so easily offended?! Now he the main one crying and shit—oh his feels!

In fact, Trump and Co., were so giddily excited, they crafted a hellah good idea, since they were once again winning and all, to indulge another Trump cosplay fantasy and have him dress up like, of all things, a garbage man. They did the whole get up, complete with a neon orange vest to match his complexion and a Trump decal to slap on the side of a garbage truck.

All to do—what exactly?

Own the fact that his supporters are garbage?

Underscore the fact Puerto Ricans are supposedly garbage?

Is he…is he taking the garbage out…???

So, they do this dumb thing to the hoot and hollering of his brain-dead, trashy ass base—yes, I said trashy—bite me—ignoring how the man almost killed himself trying to get into the damn truck (see above Miedas Touch video).

When he finally managed to get himself situated in his make-pretend truck, Trump was asked about the so-called joke told by Kill Tony at Madison Square Garden. Of course, Trump lied, saying he has done so much, so much for Puerto Ricans, and of course no one in the history of ever has done more for Puerto Ricans.

And they love him they do, rahll-ll-ly they do!

Then it all went Ka-boom

Karma might have felt some kind of way about Trump and his cabal thumbing their nose at her, so she made sure to set him up big time. Mango Mussolini went on stage at a rally still donned in his neon orange vest—oy vay the irony— and proceeded to give himself a New October Surprise black eye.

Donald Trump showed up to a press conference today in a garbage truck, dressed like a garbage man, in a seeming attempt at finding a way to have a stunt fail even worse than his McDonald’s stunt. Trump went on to show up for a rally speech, still wearing the garbage man costume. At that point weird gave way to psychotic, as Trump announced that he will be the “protector” of women. Then he admitted that his own campaign people had told him to stop talking like that, and his response was “Well I’m going to do it whether the women like it or not.”

Whether the women like it or not. Donald Trump, an adjudicated rapist, really just got up and gave a closing message about doing things to women whether they like it or not. It’s hard to implode any worse than this. I’m not sure I can even come up with words for this. But you don’t need me to. You can see the impact. Watch the video of the rally, look in the stands behind him, at the women and men, the ones who got all offended about being called garbage. Look how they smile, applaud and nod after he says this.
